If we cannot build your movie, you are refunded. Otherwise, because every picture and video is made for you alone, there is no refund once generation has begun. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. The full wording is in the Terms.

Most people spend an evening or two. Choosing music and photos takes a few minutes. The questions take about half an hour. Directing the scenes is where the time goes, and it is the enjoyable part.

No. Sign in, and your movie is kept under your email. Come back on any device.

No. If you can send an email with a photo attached, you can make a Vision Movie.

Yes. Every page works on a phone. Page 5 is more comfortable on a tablet or computer, because there is more to see at once.

There are ten questions, and two of them have a second part. That makes twelve boxes. You do not have to answer them all.

Around 2 minutes 30 seconds: thirty scenes of five seconds each.

You can search YouTube, upload your own file, or choose from our royalty-free library. If you use a commercial song, how you share the finished movie is your responsibility - some places mute or remove videos with music they recognise.

Yes. Press Review your Vision on page 9. For US$19.95 the same movie opens again with 80 more previews, 30 more final clips and seven more rounds of drafts. Your scenes, music and captions are kept, and you can do it as often as your vision changes.

Yes. Page 7 gives you a package for DaVinci Resolve, which is free software, and the same timeline for Final Cut.

We keep your Vision Movie files on our server until you delete them yourself. It is still wise to download your movie and keep a copy safe. The detail is in the Privacy policy.

Only you, until you share it. Your movie’s own page can be watched by anyone who has the link, so send the link only to people you want to see it. It appears in our gallery only if you tick the gallery box on page 8.

No. The photos must be of you. To give someone a movie, send them a voucher from page 9 and they make their own.

You must be 18 or older.

Once your own movie is exported, press Give one away on page 9 and we email one friend a voucher. With it their own Vision Movie costs US$29.95 instead of US$49.95. Each person can send one voucher; it works once, for a year, and they upload their own photos. A gift code bought before October 2026 still works: the person types it on page 1 and pays nothing.

Your movie is made tall, for phones. For US$29.95 we make it again in widescreen at 1080p, and for US$49.95 in 4K. It takes an hour or two, and we email you when it is ready.

A 60-minute one-to-one session with Hedley on Zoom, using your Vision Movie as the map. Hedley can also work on your movie with you inside the app: editing it, solving tech issues, creating new images, and even finishing it if you can't. It is US$150. Read more on the coaching page.
